Palletio Design Studio provides digital design services, including UI/UX design, branding, web development, and digital marketing. All services are subject to our terms, and any modifications to services will be communicated.
All content, designs, and materials provided by Palletio Design Studio are the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our designs without our consent.
Invoices are due within 10 days from the date of issue. Delayed payments may incur additional fees or service delays. For custom projects, a 30% deposit is required before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, feedback, and necessary materials to complete projects. Any delay in providing this may impact the timeline and quality of work.
While Palletio Design Studio endeavors to meet project deadlines, unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope may affect delivery timelines.
Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra fees.
Both parties may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. In such cases, any work completed up to the termination will be billed.
Palletio Design Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
